Before booking a shoot, make sure to read through these policies fully to be aware.
1. +$5 for every extra 10 minutes the shoot goes *Grace period for the first 1-10 minutes over, does not include clean up
2. +$5 for each day you want the final product to be delivered before 1 week (same day as shooting is +$40)
3. NO REFUNDS. If you are unsatisfied with your results, we can try to come to the best conclusion for both parties.
4. Must read all policies before booking.
5. Cancellation fee of any time less than 24 hours before the shoot is $20. You will not be charged for the service.
6. Guaranteed satisfaction: While there are no refunds due to the time and effort provided with each shoot, you can make revisions to edits. However, the delivery time is up to 1 week for these revisions.
7. Ask questions! Making sure everything is completely clear is vital to a smooth process.
8. NO taxes or additional fees not specified applied. If you have a question about your bill, please direct all emails to jrund3@illinois.edu. DO NOT Instagram DM.
9. Each shoot comes with a schedule for the day sent to you 2-3 days prior to the scheduled time.
10. Flexibility is key - from both sides. If you ask for individual or small group add-ons during the shoot or after the schedule has been sent, please know that the shoot may need to be rescheduled (or add another) that will be free of additional fees (beside the add-on cost).
11. Prices are final. They are created considering equipment, time and effort. If you have any questions on how I price my packages, let me know!
12. Payment is due prior to receiving images depending on the delivery time promised. I accept cash, Venmo or Zelle.
13. If you book a shoot, make sure you are choosing the right date, time and location. I understand last-minute changes, but try to check sooner rather than later.
14. You must credit me in all photos. I reserve the right to share your photos on social media and own the copyright of all my photos. Likewise, you can share your photos to anyone and anywhere - just as long as I am credited. This allows me to grow my freelance business!
